For Instance . . .

For the Friends of the Cedar River Watershed we facilitated a retreat at the Seattle REI to provide the board and staff a space to solidify their message, language, and regroup in order to set the stage for the following year. Outside the confines of the office participants were able to envision the future of the organization, lay groundwork for the vision and mission, and empower each other to be more effective on a daily basis by coming together to co-create a shared vision.
